Hi! I’m Erin. I am a wife to Cody and a mama to Nash and Lainey. I am also a full time copywriter and online business owner!

I have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. I was an Exercise Physiologist for a corporate gym before moving to a desk job in the insurance industry. Health, wellness, and the human body remain my passion with a little bit of insurance and financial talk sprinkled in (quite the spread, I know). I wholeheartedly believe there is more to wellness than just phsycial wellness. Financial wellness matters as well and that’s why I continue to specialize in both subject matters.
